Activities & Events

FUNSHOPS

Our campers enjoy the daily funshops here at Camp Woodland Hills including such favorites as cooking, dance, drama, arts and crafts, sports, woodworking, animal and barnyard activities, science, swim, lanyards and leatherwork, and weaving.

FIELD TRIPS

While many field trips will occur on campus, including laser tag, water slides, and a foam party, campers will also be enjoying some of the local attractions in the area, including Pump It Up and Medieval Times (Adventure Camp only).

SPECIAL EVENTS

Each week, campers take part in special events including a Talent Show, Summer Carnival, BBQ, Sweet Treat Socials, and Spirit Days.

SPECIALITY CAMPS

We are offering two Specialty Camps this summer.  Each Specialty Camp will take place for one week (4-5 days) from 9:00-11:00 A.M., during the morning funshops time.

TechKidz: Minecraft! (5 days) – $80 additional cost
WEEK 2: 6/12-6/16 (Monday through Friday)
Come join us to learn about and play the most popular computer game on the planet! Learn Minecraft building techniques, details of command blocks, and how to change the look of the game. Kids learn strategy, team building, and cooperation skills while playing Minecraft in a fun, safe, and supervised environment!

Robot Building Workshop! (4 days) – $100 additional cost
WEEK 6: 7/12-7/14 (Tuesday through Friday)
Build 3 awesome robots to take home! Learn engineering principles such as levers, pulleys, and gears, as you design amazing robots that can walk, crawl, and jump on their own!
